My first entry should probably give an insight as to why I would want to write any of this in the first place. In 2005 I was at my breaking point. It seemed everything in my life was going exactly the wrong direction. It is also the time I started to understand what it in my life that was throwing everything every which way. Balance. More specifically, my hormone balance.
This is the time I learned about Dr. John Lee and estrogen dominance. This was what led me to go to college for a degree in Natural Medicine and turn to helping others going through similar health issues I was experiencing. So, what will I be writing about, anyway? I've been studying hormones on different levels. I will go on rants about pretty much anything health related I get my hands on. I have a passion for hormones, fat loss, and how the two are related. I'll go into greater detail of my "why" in future writings. For now, I will leave you with this... Don't ever take your health for granted. Always learn as much as you can about your body and how to improve it. Don't assume because your doctor is a doctor, that they know how you feel and always have the right answer for your body. Go to your doctor armed with tools to help them solve the mystery that is your body instead of expecting them to already have the answers.
